Ace VPN is a free VPN service. It uses the standard OpenVPN client. Their VPN server with the IP 94.23.114.100 (hostnames vpn.acevpn.com, fr.vpn.acevpn.com and mercury.fr.vpn.acevpn.com) is located in France (OVH).
