Belgium is a small country in Europe. Since April 2009 the biggest ISPs block access to several websites with mainly child pornographic content. However, also websites like http://www.stopkinderporno.com/, which fight against child pornography are reported to be blocked.
The censorship is implemented as a DNS-Filter, so its very easy to bypass.
