Glubble is a free Censorware Addon for Firefox. It runs locally on a PC and is meant as a parental control for little children. It works with a whitelist with many URLs which are approved for kids. For example all the about 40.000 URLs from the Yahoo Kids Directory seem to be listed.

Since it is just a Addon for Firefox, you can just use another Browser like Internet Explorer or Opera to surf the web freely.
