Kuwait is a country in the middle east. As of 2005, there where about 700.000 Internet subscribers which are served by 4 different ISPs (for example Fastelco, QualityNet and KEMS).
It is considered to be among the most free countries in the middle east. However, they block severals Blogs, Forums and websites.
In February 2008, the government ordered the blocking of 20 Bittorrent websites.
