Psiphon

Psiphon is a Webproxy designed to bypass Internet censorship. In comparision to other webproxies like CGIProxy, PHProxy, Zelune or Glype it usually doesn't run on a server but on a normal Windows client. So for people in countries with Internet censorship (Like China, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates) it works like a normal webproxy. But with Psiphon also people on a free Internet connection and without a lot of technical knowledge can set up such a webproxy.
The latest version is 1.6 from March 9, 2007.
