SurfControl is a british software company which produces Internet filtering and desktop security products (Censorware). The company provides website filtering, email filtering and desktop security software for both enterprise and home users with Cyberpatrol they offer also a product for home use.

In April 2007 Websense bought the company.

Surfcontrol also licenses their URL database and categorization engine to other companies such as Check Point for use in their products and appliances.
