how to configure Squid or another proxy to have the best rating in ProxyJudge:

Important: Do not filter referer, accept or connection! 

HTTP header 	  Action     For ACLs
via 	          Deny 	     all
X-Forwarded-For Deny 	     all
Forwarded-For 	  Deny 	     all
pragma 	  Deny 	     all
Cache-Control 	  Deny 	     all
Keep-Alive 	  Deny 	     all

And the reverse DNS should be without a domain (only the IP or at least with a lot of numbers (32.125.58.88.dialin.bla.net)
