CGIProxy

CGIProxy is a webproxy written in Perl by James Marshall. In comparison to other webproxies like PHProxy it allows user to login to websites like MySpace or Facebook and watch videos on websites like YouTube.

The first version is from 1998 so its already developed since 10 years and so on a very advanced level. The standard filename is nph-proxy.cgi so that can be used to find such proxies with an Internet searchengine.

The most recent version is 2.1beta19 from December 25, 2008.

Options[edit]

  • Remove all cookies (except certain proxy cookies)
  • Remove all scripts (recommended for anonymity)
  • Remove ads
  • Hide referrer information
  • Show URL entry form
