Russia is the biggest country of the world, located in both Asia and Europe. Is borders Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia and North Korea.
As of March 2007, about 25% of the population uses the Internet at least one a month.
Wikipedia says: "Russia is in ONI's watchlist and is not on RSF's internet enemy list". It is definitely not a country with free speech, but it is very difficult to find information about actual technical blocks.
